Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Once reviewed and approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
