WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Each piece is crafted exclusively for you once your order is placed.

• Production: 2–5 business days

• U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days

Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days. During peak seasons, please allow slight extensions in production time as we maintain our quality standards. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order ships.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

As each item is made-to-order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. However, if your piece arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost. Your satisfaction and experience with our brand are extremely important to us.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Because production begins shortly after purchase, changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.

After this window, your order is considered in production and cannot be altered.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected items and delivery location within the United States.

We occasionally offer complimentary shipping during special releases and seasonal events.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
